Annex

WPML

WPML uses cookies to determine the visitor's current language, the last language visited and the language of users who have logged in. While you are using the plugin, WPML will share data relating to the site via the installer. This will not share any data from the user themselves.

This website uses Complianz's Privacy Suite for WordPress to collect and record browser- and device-based consent. For this feature, your IP address is anonymised and stored in our database. LiteSpeed Cache

This website uses caching to provide faster response time and a better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of each web page displayed on this website. All cache files are temporary and are never viewed by third parties unless necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin provider. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the website administrator, but may be deleted by the administrator before their natural expiry date if necessary. What personal information we collect and why we collect it

Forms

Ultimate Member provides you with forms for user registration, login and profiles. Through these forms, you collect personal information about your users. You should include in your privacy policy what personal data is collected when someone submits / fills in one of the forms, why you collect the data, what you do with that data and how long it is kept.

How long we store your data

Registered user information will remain in your website database indefinitely. Data can be exported or removed at the user's request via the existing WordPress data exporter or deletor. If data is synced with a third-party service (e.g. Mailchimp via our MailChimp extension), the data will remain there until unsubscribed or deleted.

Where we send your data

Ultimate Member does not send user data to external servers by default. If you have extended the functionality of the plugin (e.g. sending registered user data to MailChimp via our MailChimp extension, this user information may be sent to these external services. These services may be located abroad and outside the EU.
